I'd stick to one, give it the two supporting gene tonics (attack boost and immunity, and defense attack) and stay with it. Using all three is overkill and the boost it will give you is largely negated by the complexity of trying to use all 3.

You can choose to put them in the gene bank though, and if you're replacing an existing plasmid or gene tonic you can choose which one to swap.
