Simple as that, and it seems that most ppl have this bug when you are asked to clear Breakhart Bank for the quest "cleansing the commonwealth", are there console commands to fix this ? at least to artificialy complete it. I've been back there multiple times. The mutants always respawn after a while, but what I noticed is the machine gun turret never respawns. 2.
