WebBrokkos is better in a Voltron-ish deck where he's the only mutate card and instead of stacking mutations you keep mutating your commander onto evasive/keyword heavy creatures so you can get more commander damage while avoiding commander tax. He's not a bad Sultai mutate commander but he doesn't do a lot for the mutate strategy either.
