Scottish Ministers must prepare a report every three years setting out their actions and the progress they have made. The first report was published in December 2024. WebPart 6 of the Act (sections 107 to 116) reform the office of Children’s Commissioner. These changes apply to the Commissioner’s role in promoting and protecting the rights of children in Northern Ireland, but only in relation to non-devolved matters.
