It is for CHSP-funded service providers to use, and forms part of their CHSP grant agreement. Legislation links WebCHSP fees are very affordable, as they are based off of a percentage (10% to 20%) of each individual’s income. A grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and matching community resources cover the remainder of the program costs. Application Process Internal and external applicants are invited to apply for CHSP.
