It has good PoT powers (telekinesis and tendrils), nice debuffs (pyrokinesis/phantom flames) and the kicker is that tendrils and phantom flames double as decent CC powers. Everything else is pretty much middle ground. I’ve used some of these as well, and it really really shows why some are consistently top and bottom. Rage is extremely high in dps.
