WebI recently took my gaming laptop (MSI GS66) into a repair shop to get the fans cleaned and the thermal paste re-applied as it started overheating on certain games recently. I go to pick it up at the shop and the guy pulls my laptop out and turn it on to show me everything is up and running, only for Windows 10 to start updating.

The result is that the laptops run much better. The improvement could be because the heatsink fins are now clean, but I think better paste helps.
