WebA 5% life remaining SSD could still work fine for years and years. It's like the Best Before date on food, they only promise you it's good till that threshold. It could go far longer depending on conditions and what the item is. Of course, an SSD will eventually fail some day if not retired before it fails, so have backups of the essentials.

Reasoning is, "health" of said SSD is at 78% while this most likely refers to ssd's life left (still not shown clearly by smart data either by mistake or by conscious omission) aka how many times/how much data can still be written on it.
