Landlords of residential and commercial properties are able to claim up to 200 vouchers a year for grant funding of up to 75% or £350 towards installing electric vehicle charging points. The grant will run until 2024. It’s open to all relevant landlords across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
