I didn't worry too much and just decided to cut them in half. BIG MISTAKE!!! Over the last 4 weeks my estradiol levels have plummeted to 90 pmols !

WebOct 28, 2016 · Flushes, sweats, chills together with being on an emotional rollercoaster. It was awful. Gave in. I've been reducing size of my patches gradually over last 2/3 years. Now halving evorel 25, so very, very low levels now. Hopefully will come off completely at some point. Half patch keeps things ticking over nicely. The Estralis leaflet says keep in a cool place out of sunlight - don't put on windowsills etc. Alternatively I just ordered 12 weeks of Evorel patches from White Pharmacy online for £37.95 - although I'm waiting to find out if they actually have them in stock. (That's 24 patches.) Fingers crossed.
