All of my wisdom teeth, and the top pair are slowly coming out from the gum and two other bad teeth (thanks bulimia!) The swelling lasted about a week. It took me 2-3 weeks to really start getting used to my denture. Very glad I had it done, though. I certainly couldn't afford root canals and crowns.
