WebThis case is an atypical presentation of malignant pilomatrixoma for a number of reasons. This dog was older than the median age previously reported in the literature and, to the authors’ knowledge, it is the first reported case of malignant pilomatrixoma to present with clinical signs associated with renal metastasis.
