Web21 jun. 2024 · On 25 May 2024, the Council reviewed and validated the Commission’s proposal amending Regulation (EU) 2015/760 on European long-term investment funds (ELTIF), following which the Economic and Monetary Committee of the EU parliament adopted its own position on the proposal on 20 June 2024. Webwith the conditions provided for in ELTIF provisions. In accordance with the ELTIF regulation, such AIFs have also been authorised to grant loans, as a derogation from the French banking monopoly requirements. Accordingly, certain French rules should be revised in order to align them with the new ELTIF provisions which have been adopted.
