Webb14 juni 2024 · Sky Q 2TB box is connected via ethernet to the Smart Hub 2, the mini (which is in the room directly above), is connected wirelessly using the Sky Q mesh. The only change I did make (prior to install), was moving the BT Hub 5gz signal off of channel 36 as that is what the Sky Q mesh defaults to. 1 Rating Reply imjolly Distinguished Sage Webb15 okt. 2024 · All are set up over Ethernet Backhaul. My Sky Q and Mini Box are both hard wired Ethernet to switches (unmanaged Netgear) Although everything works ok (mostly) I have noticed on the sky q and mini box that the Network Connection "tick" turns to a cross and back to a tick again every 10 seconds or so.

In most cases, good quality Data Cabling between the Sky Q Main and any other Sky Q Mini box fixes the communication and connectivity instantly.
