I ordered their SM05PD3A ($68 bucks plus tax and shipping) mounted photodiode and the accompanying CA2848 cable (few bucks more)(which turns the SM port into a BNC to be used with an Oscilloscope). Good lag testers can keep USB latency down to about 0.1-0.2ms but old Arduinos had 4ms latency. Ideally this should be automatically calculated (ping-pong between PC and tester) and compensated for.
