WebSpectrum (our provider) doesn’t make it easy either. It took about 5 calls to TIVO, 5 calls to Spectrum and a visit to get it all working. The visit was due to poor signal strength. The TiVo box is a bit more sensitive than the cable box. Now that it’s working I am happy. Just be ready to put in some effort and do your homework first. Spectrum is adamant that the Host ID number comes back invalid. We verified the number of digits, still say that the Host ID is invalid. I have been through this with probably 5 different customer service reps over the past 2 weeks.
